What is Tilt Cycling?
Tilt Cycling brings you a new way to workout. This total body, non-traditional workout builds strength, increases endurance, and tones the body from the core out. Tilt Cycling's state of the art equipment is not fixed. Which means the whole body is having to work, burning more calories than a traditional workout because more muscles are being used to perform each exercise.
What kind of classes do you offer?
Tilt Ryde is a cycle class featuring the RealRyder indoor cycling bike. Their articulating frame technology allows riders of all levels to fully engage their entire body and mind in a dynamic and functional riding experience that is like no other. Lean into the turns and move your body across three planes of motion as you would if you were riding outside. The instructor, music and atmosphere will inspire you to push hard, burn calories, and fall in love with cycle all over again!
Full Tilt is a total body workout that will include heart pounding cardio on the RealRyder indoor cycling bike, Krankcycles, and Concept2 Rowers. You will also build muscle using ViPRs, TRX suspension trainers, Surges (water filled cylinders), medicine balls, bands, and more! Every class will challenge your body in a new way and will be anything but boring. Discover new muscles and go Full Tilt!
Ryde & Renew enhances your workouts with an additional focus on lengthening those strong muscles. This class is just like Tilt Ryde, engaging your total body and mind during the 45 minute Ryde experience. The remaining time is spent stretching out those muscles you have built throughout the week. The primary focus will be on the hamstrings, hips, glutes, and lower back. We will also lengthen your shoulders and chest providing you with a total body stretch that will leave you strengthened and lengthened like never before!
I’m a beginner, can I take the class?
Yes! All classes are designed for all levels. The instructors will push you as hard as you want to be pushed and offer modifications for all levels. Everyone is welcome!
The bike moves? Will I fall off?
No. You are safe. The bike is mounted on a sturdy frame and your feet will be secure. We recommend straddling the bike before getting on it for safety, as opposed to hooking one foot into the pedal and swinging the opposite leg over.
Do I need cycling shoes?
No. However, we do recommend cycling shoes because they offer a more secure position in the pedals allowing you to work much more efficiently. The solid sole of the shoe gives you the ability to pedal with more power and target the correct muscle groups. Our pedals have SPD clips on one side and cages on the other if you prefer to wear normal shoes. Please wear regular shoes for Full Tilt so we can transition safely and quickly from the bike to the floor exercises.

You can register beginning two weeks before each class. Registration will close 5 minutes before each class.
How early do I need to arrive?
If it is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before class so we can get you checked in and set up on your bike. The class will start promptly at the start time and the instructor will not be able to help you set up your bike once the class has begun.
What happens if I’m late for class?
The doors will be locked when the class begins. You will be charged for the class, but not allowed to enter. We want to deliver the best possible experience to our members and having late arrivals is disruptive to the class.
Will I be charged if I miss my class?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, you will not be charged. If you fail to cancel within the 24 hour window of your scheduled class, you will be charged for that class or a class will be deducted from your class package.
Do you have a wait list?
Yes, we will have 5 spots available on the wait list. We will have you adjust an open bike to your settings. If someone does not show up at class time, then you are ready to go!

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing athletic apparel that is cool and comfortable. Please do not wear loose pants that could get tangled in the bike.
